
Elvis personally owned and worn, trademark blue paisley I.C. Costume shirt, with official label from company that also made Elvis' stage jumpsuits. This shirt is very indicative of Elvis flair and style with his signature high collar shirt and ruffle cuffs shirts. This is the type, style, design and color MOST SOUGHT AFTER by Elvis fans and collectors. Elvis can be seen in a multitude of photos over the years wearing similar shirts in the mid to late 1970's.
It was given to Ed Hill of The Stamps quartet when he was at Graceland recording at the famous Jungle Room Sessions. During a break in recording Elvis gave members of the Stamps and his band outfits from his personal wardrobe. This is a well documented story and recorded in the Book Day by Day, October 29, 1976
Incredible artifact owned and worn by Elvis approximately 10 months before his death, with incredible photographic evidence. Was sold by Ed Hill in the early 1980's to a museum where it had been on display for over 30 years before being acquired by current owner when the museum closed and the contents sold.
Comes with Letter of authenticity from Ed Hill of The Stamps Quartet signed and dated in the 1980's.
