Extremely rare, fewer than 20 of these are known to exist. Extremely difficult to find. On thick 3/16" plastic, must be shipped flat. Small hanging hole on the top, a few minor surface scratches (very common) that look worse in our photo than they do in real life. They can be seen up close but they are not as distracting as they may appear to be in the photo.
