Little damage /tear in cover at top hole. Cover page has name "Jack F. Murray" on front. (see photo) 121 pages are white with black text with no written notes. Title written on spine with black felt pen. (see photo) From collector, no history known about script. Not an ordinary photocopy, but printed version. Probably for production or agency. In good condition, considering age.
