It doesn't get any rarer than this. This poster was hidden away in a private collection and until recently it was considered unobtainable. Here is the only known surviving style A one sheet for the originally scheduled 1941 United Artists release. Wildly controversial, this Howard Hughes film was held up by censorship problems (Jane Russell's bust having too much screen time) and not officially released until 1943.

Expert restoration addressed typical defects that are now virtually invisible. Displays as Near Mint. Actual grade pre restoration is Fine- on Linen. In addition to minimal typical fold line touchup, restoration included repair of: minor chips in Russell's face along the vertical fold, a tear from the forehead to the mouth of Russell, chips in the corners, pinholes in the borders, paper loss in the bottom border at the vertical fold, and a small hole in Beutel's shirt. Linen backed ready for framing, there is a 1/4" white border.
