Well preserved. DOUBLE SIDED! This is only the second one of these we have ever seen! A true rarity. The only U.S. Back to the Future poster that we know of that has the actual July 3rd release date. The regular advance one sheet simply says "Coming soon to a theatre near you.". Printed on thick paper. Meant for display in and around Chicago, Illinois. In fantastic unused condition with just a few extremely minor edge dings.
